SellerSprout provides Amazon FBA research and listing tools. Results are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee sales outcomes, revenue, or business results of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be 18 or older to use the service. One account per person — do not share accounts.
SellerSprout offers monthly and annual subscription plans. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable and access continues through the end of the billing period. Annual subscriptions are not pro-rated upon cancellation after the 7-day window.
You may not use SellerSprout to scrape, reverse engineer, or resell our tools or data. You may not use the service in any way that violates applicable law or Amazon's terms of service.
We provide the service “as is” without warranty of any kind. SellerSprout is not liable for business decisions made based on our analysis, for lost profits, or for any indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
